JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino can speak English and Spanish (Conversational)
Bachelor’s or College degree in Accountancy or business related/finance /accounting degree holder
At least 1-2 years accounts payable or general accounting-related work experience
Should have experience with ERP Systems (Oracle preferred)
Above average communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts payable function
Handle tasks such as processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments
Ownership in investigating and resolving any AP items on the Cashbook;
Resolving all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinates with internal customers (Business Units) for any query and/or disputes;
Accounts Payable Accountants reconcile statements, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain vendor records.
Responsible to minimise the number of invoices not validated/not accounted in the system;
Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing
Reconciles supplier statements;
Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis
Performing vendor and bank reconciliations
