Position: German Customer Success Manager (B2B)

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: Nightshift
Set-up: Work Onsite for 6 months

Requirements:
Filipino National proficient in German and English language
Must have work experience as German Customer Success Managers
Can do account management of clients
Experience in handling client profiles and portfolios
Has experienced business reviews
4 year course in any field preferably Engineering ior IT courses
Must have B2B experience (preferably IT clients)
Responsibilities:
Can handle conferences with stakeholders and partners online
Handle client client portfolios
Ability to manage account thru constant meetings via call or via chat/email
Handle renewal of client company agreements
Handle retention and renewal of contracts
Attend meetings with partners and clients when needed
Handle all concerns, escalation and request of clients
