Position: Service Engineer for Appliances
Company Industry: Electronics Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Regular Schedule (Mon–Friday)
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 30,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (with experience/knowledge in Electronics / Appliances)
• At least 1 year experience in service industry
• Preferably with valid Driver’s License and can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
• Amenable to work in Quezon City.
• Can attend an on-site interview.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical support and maintenance services for household and commercial appliances.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure appliances meet safety, quality, and performance standards during servicing.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and provide professional customer support.
• Prepare service reports and documentation for each completed task.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve service processes and appliance reliability.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
