Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home - with flexibility to decrease onsite)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in French Language
️Open to graduates and undergraduates
️With experience in Technical Support/Service Desk/Helpdesk Support in English or in French account is preferred
️Knowledgeable of ServiceNow or ServiceDesk +, Microsoft Windows and Active Directory
️Willing to work in a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Responsible in troubleshooting for networks and Wi-Fi Connections
️Support for messaging, teamwork, and virtual meeting apps like Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and comparable platforms.
️Provide Cloud services and printer set-up related issues
️ Manage and monitor IT hardware assets
