JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language.
️ Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support is a plus..
️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
️ Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

️ Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
️ Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email.
