Position: Portuguese Payments Support Specialist (Voice Account)

RESPONSIBILITIES
️ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
️ Handle routine calls and follow standard scripts
️ Assist customers with card activation, payments, and basic account updates.
️ Provide responses using client-provided GUI tools.
️ Accurately log and update customer details in CRM or client databases.
️ Follow decision trees to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
️ Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
️ Share important customer insights with service or technical teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
️ Filipino national proficient in the Portuguese language.
️ Foreign National who can speak Portuguese with a permanent visa in the Philippines.
️ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
️ Open to candidates with a high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree.
️ Experience in customer service roles within a BPO or contact center is a plus but not required.
️ Knowledgeable in using CRM or ticketing systems to manage and resolve customer inquiries.
️ Available to work onsite at Quezon City.
️ Flexible and adaptable to working in shifting schedules.
