Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative work
Knowledgeable in processing AEP/visa, DOLE, BI, PEZA
Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing industry.
Willing to work fully on-site
Job Responsibilities:
Processing employment permits and visas for foreign employees
Handling and controlling foreigner documentation, manage expat-related requirements, and arrange business trip
Ensuring compliance with labor and immigration laws.
Maintaining accurate and updated employee records.
Arranging hotel accommodations and transportation for visitors.
Assisting and support internal departments with various administrative needs
Oversee and maintain factory cleanliness
