Position: Retail Marketing Officer
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php50,000-Php80,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
With at least 3 years of experience in marketing / retail operation
With experience working in electronic company is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
Monitor and track daily sales performance by channel, regional coordinator (RC), and store; prepare and distribute daily sales updates.
Prepare and analyze weekly sales performance reports; present insights to Sales teams, RCs, Product Managers, and Management.
Generate monthly sales reports and conduct evaluations of three-month promoter performance.
Distribute weekly store inventory reports, providing insights to support purchase order (PO) planning and replenishment.
Manage marketing expense budgets, including monitoring, documentation, and reimbursement for promoter and RC salaries, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related expenses.
