Position: Manufacturing Safety Supervisor

Work Location: Pangasinan (Binalonan)
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: Php 26,000 – Php 30,000
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3–5 years of supervisory experience in Health & Safety
OSH certification/license and trained in First Aid/Basic Life Support
Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 31000, and OHSAS 18001 standards
Willing to work onsite in Binalonan, Pangasinan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Conduct assessments to identify and mitigate critical safety hazards
Manage documentation and support regulatory visits (DOLE, BFP, PEZA)
Provide training on safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture
Maintain records of hazards, inspections, and corrective actions
