Position: Construction Division Manager

Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000/month (Probationary)
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🎁Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
🎁Must be a Registered Professional (Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred)
🎁 Experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
🎁 Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
🎁Strong leadership, budgeting, and client coordination skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
🎁Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams
🎁Oversee planning, execution, and turnover of construction projects
🎁Manage division budgets, resource allocation, and profitability
🎁Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and ISO standards
🎁Maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contracts and claims
