Position: Manufacturing Safety Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company for Wiring
Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Salary: Php 26,000 - Php 29,000 gross
Work set up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing safety or a similar safety role.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Good communication and leadership skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and monitor workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments within the manufacturing facility.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
Provide safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
