JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national proficient in German language
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and any relevant field
With experience in customer service specifically within hospitality industry or in similar field
Excellent computer skills
Can start ASAP and work onsite in Makati City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage reservations and queries from German- and English-speaking clients.
Address customer inquiries and needs via phone, email, or live chat.
Log all inquiries, requests, responses, and follow-ups accurately.
Gain deep product knowledge to effectively answer client questions.
Process orders, forms, applications, and special requests.
