JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➢ Open to Filipino with proficiency in Portuguese and English
➢ Open to foreign nationals holding a 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa
➢ With at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
➢ Willing to work onsite and on a rotational schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Handle escalated and complex technical issues
➢ Identify recurring issues and propose process or product improvements
➢ Assist with documentation, knowledge base creation, and training materials
➢ Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
➢ Perform other related tasks needed
