Position: German Settlement Specialist
Salary: Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/wfh)
Work Schedule: Mid-shift (Operations start at 3PM or 4PM PHT)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino National with B1-B2 German Proficiency Level
️ Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or any relevant field
️ With Settlement experience is a plus
️ Experience in financial modelling tools, SAP and ERP system is preferred but not required
️ Customer Service in Financial Account background is open to apply
️Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Ensure that both sides (client and company) agree to all the details of the transactions - adhering to government and industry rules.
️ Guarantee that all paperwork, cash movements, and transfer are finished within the daily deadline.
️ Ensure that the operations is running in a controlled manner.
️ Investigate and resolve through Sales, Trading, and/or customers when issues of unmatched settlement or failed payment arise.
️ Communicate to internal and external clients to provide excellent service.
