JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino who can speak, read and write Spanish language.
️ Proficient in English language.
️ At least 6 months customer service experience, financial service experience, or contact center experience.
️ Open to Spanish speakers, even without call center or BPO background.
️ Applicants who completed Spanish courses or teaching experience are welcome.
️ With basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers with questions and concerns about financial products and services.
Communicate through phone, chat, text, video call, and other platforms.
Provide clear and friendly support with empathy and professionalism.
Resolve customer issues while following company rules and guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Accurately document and update customer information in internal systems.
Escalate complex concerns to senior staff or supervisors when needed.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow company policies related to quality, security, and compliance.
