Salary: Php 185,000 - Php 215,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Knowledgeable in Transaction Banking products and operational processes.
Strong analytical capabilities to assist stakeholders with issue analysis and solution recommendations.
Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights that support change initiatives and informed decision-making.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering service excellence.
Consistent track record of meeting service level agreements, including turnaround time and quality standards in Client Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Drive team performance to achieve key financial targets while ensuring efficient cost management within Client Services.
Support and implement initiatives to enhance revenue and cost efficiency, contributing to planned financial outcomes.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with business partners, serving as a trusted point of contact for service-related matters.
Ensure service targets and SLAs are consistently achieved with a zero-risk mindset, promoting a culture of operational excellence.
Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement, monitor benefits, and ensure timely resolution of pending service items.
Facilitate and implement process enhancements, maintain up-to-date documentation, and regularly review SLAs and BCPs.
Conduct ongoing training on processes and products, enhancing staff awareness of quality standards and the impact of process breaches.
Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular performance reviews, skill-gap assessments, and targeted upskilling to support strategic objectives.
