JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any Engineering course
At least 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations
Basic knowledge of inspection processes and use of measuring equipment
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
Willing to attend onsite interviews
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in supervising operators and managing daily production activities
Ensure production efficiency, schedule compliance, and quality standards
Monitor KPIs and production costs; recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives
Support problem-solving, process improvements, and 5S implementation
Ensure compliance with SOPs, conduct risk assessments, and assist in safety inspections
