Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only)

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate.
With or without experience are encourage to apply.
With experience in supervising staff for at least 1 year.
Willing to work using emails and calls with customers.
Amendable to work onsite.
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
Train and oversee team members
Guide customer on how to place an order
Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
Help customer place an order once decided
Provide information of the requirements when using the service
Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
Update clients if there are delays, Issues or concerns about shipment
The customers inquiries are mostly shipping timeline and Rates
