Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Staff
Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna
Can attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles daily back-office customer service operations, responding to client inquiries via email and phone
Ensures all customer requests are addressed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Provides support to team members by sharing product knowledge, best practices, and process guidance
Prepares and maintains reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and service trends
Acts as a key point of contact for escalated back-office customer concerns, working toward effective resolution
