Position: Procurement & Sourcing Supervisor
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Salary: Php25,000 – Php30,000
Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
Professional Certifications in certified purchasing is advantage
Proficient in procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Experience working with managing supplier’s relationships
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the purchasing team, ensuring efficient workflow, task delegation, and adherence to procurement policies.
Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing strategies to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and overall procurement operations.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts.
Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for management.
Resolving supplier issues, delays or discrepancies
