JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to foreigners who require a working visa.
Bachelor’s degree in any course.
Having experience in retail or FMCG / 3C / consumer electronics.
Having years of experience in offline retail team management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and analyze store sell-out data to enhance sales performance, staff productivity, and conversion rates.
Consolidate and evaluate key account (KA) channel inventory data and submit accurate reports to headquarters.
Oversee store compliance with company merchandising guidelines and standards.
Lead the training, coaching, and performance evaluation of frontline sales staff.
Plan and conduct product knowledge training, sales skills workshops, and new product launch sessions.
Manage and maintain display materials and demo units across stores.
Perform regular store visits and inspections to ensure operational excellence.
