Position: French Procure to Pay Specialist

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-UP (Work onsite for the 1st 3 months of training)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Filipino who can speak French and English, written and oral communication skills
❍ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
❍ Knowledge with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle or Quickbooks.
❍ Strong communication abilities
❍ Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Receiving and reviewing purchase requests from internal stakeholders.
❍ Maintaining supplier information and performance metrics.
❍ Specifying delivery terms, quantities, and payment conditions.
❍ Reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
❍ Generating payment files and initiating payments to suppliers.
❍ Perform other related task if needed
