Position: Shipping Coordinator (Customer Services)
Php18,000 to Php25,000 (Fixed Dayshift)
Type of Job: Calls and Emails

Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only)

Who is qualified?
• Filipino
• Order fulfillment Job
• Can speak Tagalog and Conversational English
• Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate
• Open to someone with work experience or no experience
• This is an urgent hiring: Heads required is 4
• Willing to undergo training
• Willing to work using emails and calls with customers
• This is not “complaint line” this is more on order management
What are the duties of the job?
• Guide customer on how to place an order
• Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
• Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
• Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
• Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
• Help customer place an order once decided
• Provide information of the requirements when using the service
• Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
• Update clients if there are delays, Issues or concerns about shipment
• The customers inquiries are mostly shipping timeline and Rates
Work with a big Japanese shipping company in Laguna, assisting Filipino business or customers sending packages and cargo globally.
