Position: Shipping and Logistic Supervisor
P 30,000 to P 35,000 (Fixed Dayshift)

Who is qualified?
Filipino
Team Lead or Supervisor Role
Can speak Tagalog and Conversational English
Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate with experience in the same field of job
With experience in supervising staff for at least 1 year
Willing to work onsite
Can start working ASAP is a big advantage
This is not complaint line this is more on order management and managing staff
What are the duties of the job?
Train and oversee team members
Guide customer on how to place an order
Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
Help customer place an order once decided
Provide information of the requirements when using the service
Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
Update clients if there are delays, Issues or concerns about shipment
The customers inquiries are mostly shipping timeline and Rates
I work with a big Japanese shipping company in Laguna, assisting Filipino business or customers sending packages and cargo globally.
