Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 1 years of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations.
Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
Willing to work fully on site.
Willing to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handles customer inquiries and processes orders via phone and email, providing updates on inventory, shipment status, and delivery schedules
Coordinates delivery instructions with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
Prepares, verifies, and maintains shipping, invoicing, and system documentation
