REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to foreigners who require a working visa.
Bachelor’s degree in any course.
Having at least 3-5 years of sales experience in retail or FMCG / 3C / consumer electronics.
Having at least 3–5 years of national or regional leadership experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Oversee sales performance and daily operations across brand stores and Key Account (KA) channels
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets aligned with company growth strategies
Manage and strengthen existing KA and brand store channels while expanding new channels and store locations
Implement and control pricing structures, rebate policies, and anti–cross-region sales measures
Provide direct leadership and supervision to ARS and KA Managers
Design and manage KPI frameworks, commission structures, and incentive programs
Conduct regular reviews of sales pipelines, inventory levels, and accounts receivable collections
