Position: Purchasing Assistant

Location: Morato, Quezon City
Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 1 year of work experience as Purchasing Staff
Experience working in the same industry is advantage
Willing to work fully on site
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Process purchasing requisitions and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approval workflows
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service, quality, and competitive pricing
Source and procure goods by evaluating vendor options, requesting quotations, and researching potential suppliers
Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding order placement, delivery schedules, and order status to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, reports, and documentation within procurement and inventory systems
