JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 2 years of experience in field sales is an advantage
With experience in automotive industry is a plus
With driver’s license is an advantage
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners.
Conduct regular dealer visits to provide operational, sales, and merchandising support.
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies that improve dealer performance.
Track, evaluate, and manage dealer performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
Address and resolve dealer issues and concerns in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and overall success of the dealer network.
Prepare and present reports and performance updates based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
