Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any Business-related course
At least 5 years of work experience in sales role in automotive industry.
At least 2 years of experience in supervisory and managerial role.
With driver license and knowledgeable to drive 4-wheel vehicle.
Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage the automotive sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with dealership goals, market trends, and manufacturer objectives to drive revenue growth and market share.
Monitor individual and team sales performance through KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular product, process, and sales skills training to maximize productivity.
Proactively handle customer escalations, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Ensure full compliance with manufacturer brand standards, dealership policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices at all times.
