Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Accounting/ Finance/Business Management.
At least 2 years work experience on Finance Admin & Reporting
Experience in MACRO EXCEL is an advantage.
Amendable to work in a Midshift Schedule.
Amendable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, procurement, vendor management, documentation, and digital filing systems.
Generate high-quality financial reports; provide data analysis; present financial performance to management.
Coach and mentor junior team members; act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement new techniques, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality of financial and administrative functions.
