Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
With at least 3 years of experience as Business Solutions Specialist.
Amendable to work at BGC Taguig.
Amendable to attend interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, gather requirements, and develop strategies/solutions for improvement.
Serve as the bridge between business owners, technical teams, sales, and clients to ensure alignment and communication.
Assist with project planning, documentation, coordinating activities, and developing proposals
Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and manage client communication regarding services and solutions.
Drive continuous workflow enhancements and operational efficiency.
