JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Must be a Registered Professional (Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred)
- Experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and client coordination skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Oversee planning, execution, and turnover of construction projects
- Manage division budgets, resource allocation, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and ISO standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contracts and claims
