Position: Logistic and Shipping Customer Service Associate

Work Location: Biñan Laguna
Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only)

Bachelor’s degree holder
Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates
With at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or shipping is an advantage
Amenable to work onsite
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers on how to place orders and provide step-by-step assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics rates, shipping timelines, and related concerns via email, chat, and phone.
Communicate effectively in both Tagalog and English according to customer preferences.
Keep customers updated on the status of their ongoing orders.
Assist customers in completing their orders once decisions are made.
Provide clear information on requirements and procedures when using the service.
Verify that customer requirements comply with PEZA regulations.
Notify clients promptly of any delays, issues, or concerns related to their shipments.
Handle inquiries primarily focused on shipping timelines and rates, ensuring accurate and timely information.
