JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 2-5 years of experience as an SAP Administrator or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and database management (HANA, Oracle, SQL)
Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and security configurations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain SAP systems, including performance tuning and system monitoring
Perform SAP system upgrades, patches, and installations
Ensure system security, user access management, and role-based authorizations
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in coordination with other IT teams
Maintain system documentation and provide technical support for end-users
