Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
At least 3 years’ experience in a Business Specialist or similar role.
Proven experience working with financial or insurance agencies.
Knowledge of HMO insurance processes or prior experience in the medical/healthcare industry.
Amenable to work immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify business challenges within healthcare operations and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
Stay updated on the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Design and implement strategies to optimize the company’s healthcare services and HMO offerings.
Drive the creation of new products, services, and innovative business solutions to enhance client value.
Ensure alignment of strategies with organizational goals and oversee their successful execution.
