Mundi SDR development dba Hyatt Place Prince George at 585 Dominion St, in Prince George, BC is hiring a Hotel Manager for full-time and permanent position. Duties: Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the hotel. Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees. Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service. Collecting payments and maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses. Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies. Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity. Creating and applying a marketing strategy to promote the hotels services and amenities. Coordinating with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners. Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules. Partaking in financial activities, including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments. Job Requirements Languages: English Education: Degree/diploma in hotel management is required. Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year or more in hotel industry at a supervisory level is required.
