JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience in product documentation, compliance support, quality assurance, or related fields
Knowledge of PAGCOR regulations and familiarity with online gaming products is an advantage
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in Excel and PDF tools is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Clear and effective communication skills, especially in explaining technical information
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, organize, and maintain documentation required for regulatory submissions (IRG, Game Rules, Feature Sheets, RTP details)
Prepare and update presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform manual testing of games, document issues, and collaborate with teams to resolve them
Serve as a liaison between Product, QA, and Compliance departments to ensure smooth coordination
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new features for accuracy and compliance
