The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.
Position: Mandarin Strategic Business Executive
Industry: Multinational Consulting Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am-6pm | Monday-Friday)
Salary: Php 115,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, making sure important decisions and updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
Develop strong relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
Strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution.
Solid technical and organizational abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to perform well under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills in terms of written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Skilled in coordinating and supporting various stakeholders.
Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Culturally aware and capable of working effectively with international teams.
Excellent at building relationships, communicating, and influencing others.
Highly committed, focused, and determined to succeed in demanding work conditions.
