JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s Degree of any experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and identity management tools (Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access).
Having a Technical knowledge of networking and directory services (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, domain controllers) and Azure AD Connect sync.
Having experience with email security platforms and certificate lifecycle management (e.g., Mimecast, DigiCert preferred).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills with the ability to work independently.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS900, AZ104, SC300 or equivalent) and experience supporting large enterprise environments, preferably familiar with ITIL or structured support frameworks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot and manage Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint issues, licenses, and service configurations; monitor service health and escalate tenant-wide problems.
Resolve SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and authorization issues; manage users, groups, and roles; monitor identity security alerts.
Manage connector configurations, perform sync operations, troubleshoot user/group/password synchronization, and support upgrades or rollback procedures.
Manage users, groups, OUs, GPOs, domain controllers, DNS, replication, and trust issues.
Administer Mimecast and DigiCert operations, handle policy updates, message tracking, certificate lifecycle, and escalate vendor issues.
Provide bilingual support (English/Chinese), document cases and resolutions, prepare escalation packs, and ensure proactive communication for escalated cases.
