REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's Degree holder.
Having good experience as an Operations manager and production manager.
Having experience working in a manufacturing company is a big advantage.
Has experience in supply chain management, production planning, and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
Responsible for communicating with the Chinese-speaking partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Lead and oversee daily manufacturing and production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Lead performance management, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
Ensure all products consistently meet company quality standards, client specifications, and export requirements.
Monitor budget allocation, cost control measures, and overall financial efficiency of operations.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and procedures.
Manage procurement, inventory control, and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
