Job Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 3–5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager role
Proven experience in processing and compliance with PEZA and BIR requirements
Experience in team handling and people management
Willing to work on-site in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and oversee PEZA and BIR processing and compliance
Manage and develop Accounting staff, ensuring productivity and professional growth
Supervise daily accounting operations and financial activities
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards
