Position: Purchasing and Sales Staff (With Transportation Allowance)

Salary: Php18,000-Php30,000 (negotiable based on the experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Setup: On-site

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or PO processing
Amenable to work on site in Lapu Lapu, Cebu
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with departments to verify and approve purchase requests prior to PO issuance.
Monitor and track deliveries, ensuring items received match approved POs in quantity and quality.
Inspect and verify delivered goods, resolving discrepancies with suppliers when necessary.
Review and validate supplier sales invoices against POs and delivery receipts before payment processing.
Facilitate check preparation and releasing in coordination with the Accounting/Finance Department.
Handle supplier accreditation, including evaluation of requirements and maintenance of vendor records.
Maintain organized documentation of procurement transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
