Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 1-2 years of experience in Timekeeping and Payroll
Amenable to work on site in Makati
Amenable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily timekeeping operations, including monitoring time-in/time-out, overtime, tardiness, and absences using biometric or timekeeping systems.
Administer leave records (vacation, sick leave, and other leave types) and ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
Review and validate timesheets for accuracy; coordinate with employees and supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws on working hours, overtime, and statutory benefits.
Process end-to-end payroll, including computation of gross-to-net pay (basic salary, overtime, allowances, and adjustments).
Calculate and remit mandatory deductions (taxes, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and manage garnishments or other salary deductions.
Maintain and update payroll records (salary adjustments, tax status, benefits enrollment) and process bank payroll files.
Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll data, and support audits and management reporting.
