JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduate of Industrial Engineering, also open for Non-Engineer (High School Graduate)
· Work experience as a QC Engineer in a manufacturing company
· Knowledgeable in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
· Willing to start immediately
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with standard
· Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and outputs
· Analyze quality data and recommend improvements to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.
· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
· Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO standards
· Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
· Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures
