JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Engineering Course or related field.
With at least 1-3 years experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
Experience in team supervision and people management
Proficient in MS Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint
Strong communication and coordination skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise production teams to ensure daily targets are met
Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts
Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency
Handle people and parts management with attention to detail
Create reports and present updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint
