Position: Spanish Corporate Legal Associate
Industry: Financial Services
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Midshift Schedule (Mon-Fri at 2pm to 11pm)
Salary: Php 110,000-Php 140,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (3x on-site and 2x at home)

REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos who are proficient in Spanish and English.
Bachelor’s degree holder of any relevant courses
Having a minimum 3 years in corporate secretarial or legal roles
Knowledgeable in computer skills (Microsoft Office packages).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing board resolutions.
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes
Assist with company registrations in different countries
Help prepare and file yearly statutory and legal documents
Provide legal and corporate support for client requests
Communicate directly with clients on corporate matters
Track tasks and make sure deadlines are met
