We are opening a 50 headcount for these shared services in Taguig.
Position: 10 Spanish Phone Banking specialist
Inquiries: General Banking Inquiries (Popular Bank)

Work Arrangement: Work Onsite and Hybrid (once a week WFH)
Location: Taguig
Salary: P 80,000 to P 85,000
Schedule: Dayshift
Time: 5am - 2pm, 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm and 10-7pm
Days off: 2 days a week

Requirements of the job:
️ Open to Filipino who speak Spanish conversational to fluent
️ Open to Filipino who can speak Spanish conversational to fluently
️ No work experience required , Open to candidates without work experience
️ Open to Permanent visa holder if Spanish National or Foreigners
️ No Customer service experience required but having CSR exp is big advantage
️ Open to undergraduate as long as 2 years have been completed (at least 2nd year)
️ Open to associate degrees (2 years graduate)
️ No Spanish work experience required as long as can converse in Spanish Language
️ Willing to work in a helpdesk job to answer general inquiries about the famous bank
️ Open to new starters or career shifters as long as she can communicate with customers who speak Spanish in the US.
Responsibilities:
️ In charge in general inquiries about bank transaction of Spanish speakers
️ Accepts calls, Email and chat from Spanish living in the US
️ Use Spanish Language and English at the same time
️ Forward to the appropriate department for complicated questions
️ Assist customers about general bank inquiries such as:
️ Answer customers about the nearest bank
️ Provide information about operating bank horse and even its services
️ Customer asking about bank's fund transfer charges
️ Providing information to caller about maintaining balance for savings
️ Guide customers on how to open a savings account
️ Guide the customer through the step-by-step process to open an account
️ Forward customer call to escalation teams if about credit card fraud
️ Answering customers about the bank balance of his account
️ Helping customers to request a new card
️ Forward customer inquiry if she requests to block the credit card
️ Helping customers how to confirm the double charges
️ Help customers learn how to request a bank certificate
️ This is more on general inquiry or basic banking concerns
️ And forward to high department if the inquiry is complex and complicated
