JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 5-10 years’ experience in managing multi-client environment in a BPO or similar industry
With experience in leading high performing team is a plus
With experience in HR and Finance delivery services is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee multiple accounts to ensure optimal service delivery performance, resource efficiency, and achievement of customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Provide strategic direction to managers and delivery teams, driving accountability, performance excellence, and operational effectiveness.
Develop and execute succession planning and retention strategies to strengthen leadership continuity and minimize attrition.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment that promotes employee engagement and growth.
Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across accounts, ensuring delivery against performance targets and strategic priorities.
Lead resolution of critical service issues (Crit Sit), coordinating cross-functional teams to implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards; proactively identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless account delivery and successful audit outcomes.
