Position: HMO Account Specialist

Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Dayshift

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
At least 3 years’ experience 3 years’ experience as a Business Specialist or in a similar role
Proven experience working with financial or insurance agencies.
Knowledge of HMO insurance processes or prior experience in the healthcare/medical industry
Ready to start work immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify operational challenges within healthcare and HMO processes and develop effective, data-driven solutions
Stay updated on the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Design and implement strategies to optimize healthcare services and HMO offerings
Drive the development of new products, services, and innovative business solutions to enhance client value
Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational goals and oversee their successful execution
