Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder
With at least 1 year of experience in the same filed

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Workforce Management (WFM) functions including forecasting, resource planning, scheduling, and real-time management to achieve service level targets.
Manage and develop direct reports while directing the WFM team’s daily operations.
Forecast workload volumes and resource requirements to ensure optimal staffing efficiency.
Oversee schedule creation and real-time adjustments to align with operational demands.
Generate and analyze performance reports to drive data-based decision-making.
Collaborate with business leadership to support operational and strategic objectives.
Provide guidance on risks, opportunities, and unit-specific WFM responsibilities.
